What is the refund policy for customers?

All funds are held in Escrow by JaGedo on behalf of parties, that is, the client and affiliate service provider.

For each job not done to satisfaction, JaGedo will be liable to refund as below;

Fundi linkage: The client will be refunded the respective standard linkage fee which may entail Request Standard type 1 (Package 1) and 2 (Package 2) where refer to JaGedo linkage rates.
Professional linkage: The client will be refunded the respective standard linkage fee which may entail Request Standard 2, refer to JaGedo linkage rates.
Contractor linkage: The client will be refunded the respective standard linkage fee which may entail Request Standard 2, refer to JaGedo linkage rates.
